We offer a simple and transparent return process. Please review the conditions below before initiating a return.

Return window

• Bags, accessories and jewellery : returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Ready-to-wear and shoes : returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping fee

A return shipping fee of €25 applies and is the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

Return conditions

• Item must be unworn and in the same condition as received.
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documents must be included.
• Items showing signs of wear, missing components, or altered condition may be refused.

What happens next

1. A shipping label will be sent to you within 24 hours.
2. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
3. Once received and inspected, your refund — minus the €25 return fee — will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
