Bags, accessories and jewellery : returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Ready-to-wear and shoes : returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping fee
A return shipping fee of €25 applies and is the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
Return conditions
Item must be unworn and in the same condition as received.
All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documents must be included.
Items showing signs of wear, missing components, or altered condition may be refused.
